Our vineyards

The Bordeaux vineyard includes 57 protected appellations. Entre-deux-Mers is home to ten of them, including Entre-deux-Mers, Cadillac–Côtes de Bordeaux, Graves-de-Vayres, Loupiac, Sainte-Croix-du-Mont and Sainte-Foy-Bordeaux.

Its varied microclimates and oceanic mildness create a wide range of landscapes, exposures and soils. The region lies between the Dordogne to the north and the Garonne to the south.

Château Maison Noble St Martin lies in Entre-deux-Mers, 56 km south-east of Bordeaux. Its 115 hectares of vines extend across nine neighbouring villages.

We practise sustainable vine growing to reduce our environmental impact and create harmony between terroir, people and nature. Our wines include Bordeaux Supérieur Rouge, Bordeaux Rouge, Entre-Deux-Mers and Bordeaux Rosé.

The vineyard includes 84 hectares of black grape varieties — Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc — and 30 hectares of white varieties — Sauvignon Blanc and Gris, Sémillon and Muscadelle.

The estate has its own pre-pruning, shoot-removing, leaf-removing and harvesting machinery.

Several wine storehouses are used for vinification, maturation and storage. Our 100 hl vats allow each parcel to be vinified separately.

Heating and cooling regulation provide precise temperature control. The estate remains independent from reception of the harvest through to bottling.
