Oenotourism is at the centre of our common values. All year round you can visit our vineyard, take part in wine tasting workshops and cooking workshops: a genuine opportunity to share a special moment with people who have a passion for wine and gastronomy. In our gift shop you can discover our products, gift boxes and baskets, as well as local products selected for each season. We are keen to transmit our knowledge and savoir-faire to all visitors, adults and children, wine-lovers or not.
Guided tour of the vineyard : 2 hours
We will present our wine-growing region, the Entre-deux-Mers, whose cultural and architectural wealth is well known.
We will tell you the history of our vineyard, a former feudal castle, through the centuries since 1345.
You will discover a vineyard now recognised thanks to the work of a whole team passionate about wine.
- A walk in the vineyards;
- A visit to the wine storehouses and meeting with the workers;
- A walk and photos in the gardens offering splendid and unique views.
The guided tour ends with a tasting of four classic vintages (2 red wines, 1 rosé, 1 white) in the Sauvignon hall and gift shop.

Introduction to wine tasting : 1 hour
How to taste wines?
You will discover and learn about the different stages of tasting.
The eye, nose and mouth are put to work to identify mineral, floral, vegetal and animal flavours.
How should wine be served, when and for what occasions? In this workshop you will taste a selection of cheese with our PDO wines: Entre-deux-Mers, Bordeaux and Bordeaux Supérieur.

Food and wine pairing
Discover which dishes pair best with the wines of our vineyard: sweet, savoury, spicy… and learn what to pair and what to avoid.
You will be served appetisers, awakening all your senses. Our light, fruity, tannic, woody and spicy wines are tasted with surprising dishes.
You will receive a booklet with ideas for pairing dishes with Bordeaux wines and the mistakes to avoid.
Availability: by appointment from Monday to Saturday.
Cooking workshop : 4 hours
An exceptional workshop with an external consultant: a chef from the Bordeaux region.
When you book, we will propose menus for you to cook and taste. On the day, the chef will guide you through preparing the dishes for two hours.
Lunch or dinner is then served at the château or guest house, subject to availability. Château Maison Noble wines accompany the menu in a convivial atmosphere.
